1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Ada+Max application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Apple's standard EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Ada+Max is a math homework helper application designed for families. It provides:

• AI-powered math problem solving via camera
• Work-checking features using camera
• Multiplication flashcard practice
• Educational math games
• Progress tracking

3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Ada+Max offers optional premium subscriptions:

• Monthly Plan: $6.99 per month — auto-renews monthly
• Annual Plan: $59.99 per year — auto-renews annually (save 28%)

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription term.

4. Free Plan Limitations

Free accounts include 5 combined Solve and Check snaps per month. Premium subscribers receive unlimited snaps and access to all premium games and features.

5. Account Registration

You may use certain features of the App without creating an account. An account is required to save your history, track progress across devices, and access personalized features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Ada+Max only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App
• Use the App to submit inappropriate content
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Children's Privacy

Ada+Max is designed to be used by parents with their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Parents create accounts and control all data shared within the App. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. AI-Generated Content

The math explanations and feedback provided by Ada+Max are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for educational assistance only. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain errors. Always encourage your child to check their work with their teacher.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App. Deleting your account will permanently remove all associated data including history, progress, and game scores. Subscription cancellation is separate from account deletion and must be managed through your Apple ID Account Settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the AI-generated content will be 100% accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ada+Max and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
